Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fee and Reimbursement Regulatory Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all plan fee schedules and code pricing
- Monitor multi-state regulations affecting provider payment and implement necessary changes
- Lead cross-departmental efforts to ensure timely completion of regulatory fee and reimbursement changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in managed healthcare environment
- Advanced knowledge of provider fee schedules, pricing, and reimbursement methodologies
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial coding rules/regulatory requirements
- Medical chart auditing experience preferred
