Feed Implementation Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on data integration, the remote Feed Implementation Supervisor will oversee the establishment of eligibility and claims data feeds, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new eligibility and claims data integration feeds
• Oversee data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with external feed providers to gather requirements, map files, and test integrations

Required qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats
• Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP and file transformation/mapping
• Proven project and people leadership experience
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for clients
