FEMA Grants Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Grant Programmatic and Technical Services (GPATS) BPA, the full-time FEMA Grants Programmatic Project Manager will manage contract execution, quality assurance, and timely deliverables while serving as the primary liaison with FEMA's Contracting Officer and Representative in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with FEMA's Contracting Officer and Representative
• Manage contract performance, ensuring quality assurance, quality control, and adherence to schedules
• Develop and submit timely responses to BPA Order Requests for Quotations, including staffing plans and technical approaches

Required qualifications

• Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government-required facility access and credentials
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
