Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fertility Coaching Program Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Fertility Coaching Program, establish protocols, and set standards for vetting coaches
- Research and integrate scientifically approved techniques into fertility coaching practices
- Provide supervision and guidance to fertility coaches, advocate for fertility guidance, and maintain communication with the team
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of a Medical Degree (MD)
- 5+ years of experience as a fertility coach
- Relevant certifications from recognized US fertility organizations or institutions
- Strong understanding of reproductive health, fertility treatments, and infertility issues
- Knowledge of Telehealth platforms and HIPAA compliance
