Job Summary
To promote inclusivity and belonging within the Sundance community, the full-time temporary Festival Associate Manager will manage Festival-specific initiatives, oversee incident reporting processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders while working remotely until January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Building partnerships with external agencies to provide support resources during the Festival
- Overseeing the internal incident reporting process and ensuring proper training for stakeholders
- Designing and facilitating training content on inclusivity for employees, volunteers, and external partners
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in DEIAB or people operations focused on fostering inclusive environments
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Familiarity with mental health support resources and strategies for addressing sensitive content
- Strong project management abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
