Festival Manager
Job Summary
Managing operational planning and implementation, the full-time Festival Manager will oversee the Sundance Film Festival Headquarters and Hub venues, ensuring a successful festival experience for artists and patrons while primarily working remotely until January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Assessing and planning office and equipment needs for all departments during the Festival
- Managing seasonal employees and volunteers, including training and providing ongoing support
- Overseeing daily venue operations during the Festival, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and timely issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operational planning and implementation for a venue or multi-purpose space
- Leadership experience with a focus on managing teams and customer relations
- Valid driver's license and successful completion of MVR background check
- Ability to move items up to 50 lbs
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
