FF&E Specifications Writer

Job Summary

To support the delivery of thoughtfully designed hospitality environments, the remote FF&E Specifications Writer will develop and manage comprehensive FF&E specifications for hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain FF&E specifications, schedules, and documentation in collaboration with hospitality studio teams
• Coordinate FF&E information across design drawings, specifications, and procurement packages to ensure consistency and completeness
• Support QA/QC efforts by reviewing product information and ensuring alignment between design documents and procurement requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in FF&E specification writing for hospitality interiors
• Strong knowledge of furniture systems, custom furnishings, and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with FF&E procurement processes and documentation workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and FF&E specification tools or databases
