FHA Claims QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Default FHA Claims QA Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review FHA claims for accuracy and complete quality checks to identify errors
• Communicate correction requests to the claim filing team and ensure timely completion
• Finalize and submit claims to the agency for payment while adhering to guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred
• Two (2) or more years of mortgage servicing default experience, or QA/QC experience
• Moderate knowledge of default claims processes for insurers and investors
• Understanding of the default servicing process, including Foreclosure and Bankruptcy
• Moderate understanding of Agency and investor guidelines
