FHA Claims Recovery Specialist
Job Summary
Ensuring the accuracy of FHA supplemental claims, the full-time remote Sr Claims Recovery & Analysis Specialist will validate documentation, evaluate claims for approval or denial, and maintain compliance with insurer guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate FHA supplemental claims and supporting documentation prior to filing
- Provide corrections and feedback during the Quality Review Process and maintain performance aligned with quality expectations
- Stay updated on GSE guidelines and industry standards to improve departmental processes and reduce costs
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate/Bachelor Degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Three (3) or more years of previous FHA claims experience
- Two (2) or more years of quality assurance experience
