FHA Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, FHA Claims to manage and coordinate the Claims staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely filing of FHA Part B claims, SFLS, and CWCOT claims
• Manage the title package submission process and facilitate staff training and meetings
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with FHA servicing requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or four to six years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of FHA servicing and expense reimbursement requirements
• Experience with Fiserv, TEMPO default servicing, and CMAX claims systems
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
