Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote FHA Customer Service Specialist with Mortgage Origination experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to calls and emails regarding FHA guidelines and procedures
  • Utilize mortgage industry knowledge to locate answers in a knowledge database
  • Document all customer contacts in a database and stay up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years of FHA loan origination experience or at least 3 years of loan origination experience with conventional or government-backed loans
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
  • Minimum of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload speed from a reliable internet provider
