A company is looking for a FHA Customer Service Specialist in Mortgage Origination.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service on FHA guidelines and procedures via calls and emails
Utilize mortgage industry knowledge to respond to client requests
Document all contacts in a database and stay updated on FHA mortgage processes

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience
Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience
High School diploma or GED certificate
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
Must have FHA experience
