Job Summary

A company is looking for a FHA Customer Service Specialist in Mortgage Origination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service on FHA guidelines and procedures via calls and emails
  • Utilize mortgage industry knowledge to respond to client requests
  • Document all contacts in a database and stay updated on FHA mortgage processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
  • Must have FHA experience
