FHA Loss Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FHA Loss Analyst responsible for overseeing claims compliance and reducing loss exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct loss analysis reviews to ensure compliance with insurer requirements
• Analyze and rebut insurer curtailments for government insured filed claims
• Prepare claims loss analysis reports and assist in government claims audits

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in investor claims processing and loss analysis reporting
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, and GSE claims guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
• In-depth knowledge of government regulations related to claims filing and reimbursement
