FHA Transfer Processor

Job Summary

Responsible for conveying foreclosed property via Warrant Deed from foreclosure entity to HUD, the full-time FHA Transfer Processor will manage the FHA transfer referral process, order title searches, and prepare necessary documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and review FHA transfer referrals and order title searches and commitments
• Prepare and consult on Special Warrant Deeds and title commitments, ensuring compliance with title insurance requirements
• Provide clients with necessary documentation and manage the recording process for completed transactions

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of title insurance and title examination
• Prior experience in title examination, particularly in pre/post foreclosure matters
• Experience in a high-volume law firm focusing on title matters
• Familiarity with systems such as BKFS, Vendor Scape, and underwriting systems like ATIDS and Datatrace
