FHA VA Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor - Loan Manager East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify new loan submissions for completeness and compliance
• Compile and process loan documents to ensure timely submissions to Underwriting and Closing
• Manage communication with various stakeholders to facilitate the loan approval and closing process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent FHA/VA Loan Processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and nCino systems
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Working knowledge of various loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
