Job Summary

A company is looking for a FHIR Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Perform healthcare data analysis and document data requirements for new data source onboarding
Determine interoperability approaches for clinical data and map clinical content to data standards
Collaborate with technical resources to analyze and validate data quality issues and convert raw healthcare data into FHIR format

Required Qualifications

Experience in a Data/IT engineering role within the healthcare domain
Familiarity with FHIR API, HL7 v2, and data mapping between HL7 v2 and FHIR
Strong understanding of healthcare standards, including HL7 V2 messages and HL7 CCDA
Experience with HL7 interfaces/messages and understanding of asynchronous information exchange
Ability to improve data quality and conformance in clinical data
