Fiber Design Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fiber Design Technician for a fully remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain splice records, FDP allocation, and fiber documentation
• Assist in processing invoices and provide necessary location and project codes
• Support OSP Engineering and Maintenance with data and documentation on fiber routes and splices

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Outside Plant Engineering, or a related field
• Working knowledge of outside plant construction
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
