Fiber Network Planner Engineer

Job Summary

To support network performance and scalability, the contract Fiber Network Planner/Capacity Engineer will analyze traffic patterns, optimize resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze network traffic patterns and develop capacity plans for future needs
• Continuously monitor network performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Create reports on network utilization and present findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technology field
• Deep knowledge of network architecture, including cellular and optical technologies
• Experience with network monitoring tools and capacity planning software
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and traffic modeling
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to various audiences
