Fiber Test Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fiber Test & Acceptance Specialist to perform tests and ensure the quality of fiber optic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze dark fiber test data and prepare detailed performance reports
• Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in the telecommunications industry with experience in fiber optics and project management
• At least 4 years of experience analyzing fiber optic test results
• Familiarity with testing tools and software such as EXFO and Viavi
• Ability to understand and read construction documents
