FICO Consulting Manager
Job Summary
Managing consulting projects remotely, the full-time FICO Consulting Manager will oversee project budgets, lead a team, and ensure successful delivery of strategic SAP consulting services while maintaining client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Control and manage consulting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Lead and mentor a team, conducting performance evaluations and defining development plans
- Independently acquire projects and manage client interactions, including quarterly presentations and status reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a SLT organization, preferably with SAP or a competitor
- Experience with at least 5 full-cycle ERP transformation projects
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP project methodologies and implementation
- Fluency in German and English is preferred
