FICS Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting a major loan servicing system conversion initiative, the remote FICS Administrator will manage platform administration, data validation, and reporting modifications on a 6-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead FICS platform administration and configuration for servicing portfolio conversions
- Perform data validation, mapping, and reconciliation activities
- Create and validate operational and management reports within the FICS system
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in FICS administration within credit unions or similar financial institutions
- Hands-on experience with FICS conversions and servicing system migrations
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing data and loan-level records
- Demonstrated proficiency in data validation and conversion testing
- Ability to work independently in a project-focused environment
