Job Summary

Field Access and Reimbursement Lead, is a full-time position responsible for developing and implementing access and reimbursement strategies for specialty products, managing a team, and collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal patient access and coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate strategies to navigate reimbursement and access challenges in the US specialty market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gain approvals and implement access and reimbursement plans
  • Manage a team of direct reports and coordinate activities with customer-facing teams to ensure access to specialty products
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; MBA or MD/PhD preferred
  • At least 15 years of pharmaceutical experience with 10+ years in market access or specialty channels
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in interpreting clinical and health economic research data
  • Broad functional experience in the US specialty market, including sales, marketing, and reimbursement
