Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time hybrid Field Account Manager will manage existing customer accounts, drive new business through consultative sales, and ensure exceptional client service while working primarily in the Rochester, NY area.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns
- Oversee account health, including contract renewals and customer expectations, while monitoring usage data
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and generate new enrollments across marketing programs through a solution-focused sales approach
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management
- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end sales solutions
- Proven track record in consultative selling and account management
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience with CRM software preferred
