Field Accountant I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Field Accountant I to provide essential accounting services and support for field staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accounting services and financial analysis for field ministry operations
• Maintain and manage field cost centers and ensure accurate general ledger allocations
• Assist with tax inquiries and manage state sales tax exemptions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an accounting emphasis
• Previous experience in accounting is preferred
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a small team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
