Field Application Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Application Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the product expert and technical advisor during application deployment
• Manage customer-reported application issues and provide timely solutions
• Perform database performance tuning and assist in reproducing customer product-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• 4 to 7 years in a technical, customer-facing role within the technology industry
• 3+ years of experience with database management systems and SQL programming
• 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as Java and Python
• 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure and data services
