Field Application Engineer

Job Summary

Applying systems engineering processes, the full-time Field Application Engineer will estimate, plan, and execute engineering activities while managing system requirements and supporting hardware/software integration in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate, plan, schedule, and execute systems engineering activities
• Develop and manage system requirements, allocating them to subsystems
• Support hardware/software integration planning and oversee test implementation

Required qualifications

• Four-year college degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline
• Two years of related experience or an applicable master's degree
• Experience in creating, analyzing, and documenting system and subsystem designs
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance, if necessary
• Proficiency in personal computer software, including spreadsheets and word processing programs
