Field Application Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Field Application Engineer specializing in AI/ML, this full-time position will collaborate with sales teams and enterprise customers to address technical challenges and drive product adoption through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions
• Partner closely with sales operations and product teams to provide customer feedback and influence future product enhancements
• Utilize deep technical knowledge in AI technologies to drive the adoption of products and solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
• Proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators
• Strong understanding of data center and server architecture, including thermal/power and infrastructure management
• Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
