Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Application Specialist LCMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with technical and application expertise on LCMS during the sales process
• Provide training for LCMS users and internal personnel, focusing on product knowledge and applications
• Assist in resolving application-related issues for customers' instrumentation during the after-sales period

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in LCMS technology and applications
• Background in scientific or technical disciplines related to analytical chemistry
• Ability to deliver training and support to diverse audiences
• Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in sales support
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and problem-solving in analytical instrumentation
