Field Applications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Applications Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for integrating GPU, CPU, DPU, and networking solutions into OEM partner solutions
• Serve as the technical lead for products, collaborating with sales to deliver AI datacenter solutions
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer engineers and decision-makers at key enterprise AI accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in system design or technical customer support in the switching and routing industry
• Deep understanding of datacenter hardware and experience debugging Ethernet or IB protocol issues
• Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, InfiniBand, and related technologies
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with embedded Linux systems and APIs
