Field Applications Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Field Applications Engineer will provide technical support for Fire Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt products, focusing on customer engagement and product training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and partners
• Assist in the development and execution of product demonstrations and proofs of concept
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience with fire alarm systems and related technologies
• Strong understanding of electronic systems and software applications
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements and training sessions
