Field Assurance Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Assurance Support Team Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to Field Engineers and Vendors for network equipment integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve existing network equipment issues remotely
• Conduct pre/post work RAN health checks and ensure network service KPI assurance

Required Qualifications

• Technical degree or relevant experience
• Knowledge of RAN technologies, specifically Samsung and/or Nokia
• Experience in remote network equipment triage and troubleshooting
• Experience in network KPI analysis
• High technical aptitude for assimilating technical concepts and new technology
