Field Chief Information Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Chief Information Security Officer (Field CISO).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to drive pipeline growth and support deal closures
• Serve as the executive security voice in late-stage sales cycles and strategic customer engagements
• Develop long-term relationships with CISOs and security executives, acting as a trusted advisor during critical discussions

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity or technology leadership, with prior CISO or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of enterprise security domains (cloud, identity, risk, compliance)
• Proven ability to communicate complex security topics to executive audiences
• Experience in high-trust, customer-facing roles within fast-paced environments
• Preferred background in B2B SaaS or security vendors
