Field Chief Information Security Officer

Job Summary

Building the market-facing security and compliance voice from scratch, the full-time Field Chief Information Security Officer will engage with enterprise CISOs, lead thought leadership initiatives, and shape the narrative around compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Take the Autonomous Trust thesis to market by representing Sprinto at industry events and in content
• Facilitate open discussions among CISOs through webinars and roundtables, leveraging practitioner credibility
• Engage with prospects to help them envision their compliance programs and address objections during the sales process

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in security leadership, with experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or in a senior advisory role
• Expertise in compliance implementations for frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
• Proven ability to engage enterprise CISOs as a peer rather than a vendor representative
• Experience with commercial accountability and ownership of financial metrics
• Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into accessible content for diverse audiences
