Field Compensation Specialist
Job Summary
Serving as a primary resource for field members and home office partners, the full-time Field Compensation Specialist will provide guidance on compensation policies, manage advisor inquiries, and resolve complex compensation issues in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Financial Advisors and Field Leadership, addressing compensation-related inquiries and providing timely support
- Process and maintain advisor compensation split agreements, ensuring accurate calculations and adherence to policies
- Investigate and resolve compensation discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and reviewing transactions
Required qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1 to 2 years of related work experience
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Ability to interpret and apply compensation program guidelines effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive interactions with field members
