Field Contract Partner

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Field Contract Partner, the candidate will manage pricing and contracting execution for standalone hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), alleviating transactional burdens while ensuring governance and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Project financial and commercial impacts of pricing changes, proposals, and contracting scenarios
• Develop pricing and contract analyses to support negotiations and evaluate deal structures
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver finalized pricing and contract materials while maintaining reporting on account performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in pricing, contract administration, or sales operations is preferred
• Salesforce experience is preferred
