Field CTO

Job Summary

To support enterprise organizations in their digital transformation journeys, the full-time Field CTO will advise on AI strategy, lead executive workshops, and shape solution strategies while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Advise enterprise customers on adopting and operationalizing AI to create measurable business impact
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business stakeholders and facilitate strategic conversations around innovation and technology adoption
• Shape complex solution strategies that align with modern engineering principles and drive experience-led modernization approaches

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services
• Strong understanding of AI application within enterprise environments and experience with intelligent automation
• Deep knowledge of modern software engineering and enterprise technology transformation
• Experience engaging and influencing senior technology and business leaders
• Ability to connect AI and technology initiatives to operational efficiency and commercial impact
