Field CTO

Job Summary

Leading technical sales strategy in a full-time capacity, the Field CTO will drive growth, mentor a team, and guide complex client engagements focused on Google Cloud and AI solutions, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the pre-sales architecture team, fostering a culture of high performance and technical excellence
• Develop and execute the technical pre-sales strategy for Google Cloud and AI offerings, including solution architecture and client presentations
• Act as the primary technical liaison to Google's partner engineering teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and service offerings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Google Cloud Certification or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a client-facing technical leadership role with demonstrated impact
• Proven expertise in technical cloud ecosystems, particularly with Google Cloud
• Deep understanding of Cloud and Data technologies, integrating with AI and end-user workflows
