Field CTO

Job Summary

As a strategic technical leader for a portfolio of customer accounts, the full-time remote Field CTO will manage implementation planning, product adoption, and customer advocacy while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer success and drive value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic implementation planning and product adoption for assigned customer accounts, guiding customers from onboarding to enterprise rollout
• Serve as a senior technical advisor on data governance, security, and modern data architecture while influencing expansion through identifying additional use cases
• Capture customer feedback and market insights to influence product strategy and develop technical content for customer engagement and enablement

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in implementation consulting, data governance, or technical advisory roles within enterprise software or data platform environments
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, governance, privacy, security, and compliance
• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior technical stakeholders and translate complex concepts into business value
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer outcomes
