Job Summary
Driving net-new business meetings for Courser's brands, the full-time Field Demand Generation Specialist will focus on targeted prospect outreach, multi-channel campaigns, and local events to generate qualified leads in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new business meetings and achieve quarterly meeting targets based on self-sourced leads aligned with ideal customer profiles
- Map campaign strategies to specific target client profiles and maintain prospect lists in HubSpot
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, and direct mail, while coordinating with sales teams to convert engagement into meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing with a focus on meeting-volume or pipeline-generation targets
- Proficiency in HubSpot for building landing pages, configuring email workflows, and analyzing campaign performance
- Strong written English fluency with the ability to tailor outreach for a US business audience
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple concurrent activities effectively
