Field Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Development Manager who will design and facilitate learning and development for commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and implement innovative delivery methods for sales teams
• Lead talent development programs and manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and manage external vendors for field development programs

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in a relevant subject area with 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in pharmaceutical sales
• Master's Degree in a relevant area with 4+ years of similar experience is acceptable
• Experience in a Sales Training role is highly preferred
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
• Ability to assess learning needs and design innovative training solutions
