Field Dispatcher (TX Licensed)

Job Summary

As a remote Field Dispatcher (TX Licensed), the candidate will manage the scheduling and coordination of property management tasks, including work orders and inspections, while providing support to In-House Technicians and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of work orders, inspections, and property management tasks, ensuring completion and approval
• Provide proactive support to In-House Technicians and manage electronic records related to field activities
• Track performance metrics and communicate potential issues to internal stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Previous experience in property management, field operations, or dispatch coordination in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
• Technical proficiency with Google Applications and communication platforms; familiarity with property management software is a plus
• Proactive attitude with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
