Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Field Enablement to build and lead a strategic enablement function for field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic field enablement roadmap with measurable KPIs
• Build and deliver scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs for field teams
• Own and optimize the enablement tech stack, ensuring integration and adoption

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in field enablement or related roles within high-growth technology companies
• 5+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling enablement functions
• Proven ability to design and implement programs that improve field performance
• Deep knowledge of enablement technologies and experience managing complex tool stacks
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
