Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Enablement Manager (Strategic).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for Strategic Sales teams
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create aligned training and onboarding content
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives to optimize sales performance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, and sales within an enterprise environment
- Proven track record of success in strategic selling cycles
- Strong preference for Force Management Certified Command of the Message Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in content management systems and design software
