Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Enablement Manager for Onboarding Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Revamp and roll out comprehensive new hire onboarding programs tailored to all GTM roles
Take charge of instructional design for GTM enablement
Create externally-facing learning materials for customer and partner training

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in field enablement & training within the SaaS industry
Skilled in crafting and delivering engaging live trainings, workshops, and eLearning modules
Strong technical acumen, particularly in instructional design methodologies for learning programs
Experience in assessing learning impact using frameworks such as the Kirkpatrick Model of Adult Learning or similar
Proficiency in LMS administration
