Field Engineer

Job Summary

Field Engineer, this full-time position involves collaborating with major businesses to integrate software solutions, enhance developer workflows, and provide technical support while working remotely with a requirement to overlap with Pacific Standard Time for at least 30 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Field Engineering and account teams to understand customer needs
• Lead customer success initiatives by troubleshooting issues and designing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role with knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Strong scripting abilities across various languages and frameworks
• Experience with large-scale migrations, code modernizations, and technical training
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and communicate technical concepts effectively
