Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Field Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers to improve their workloads while running Dask on Coiled
Dive deep into Dask to solve problems for customers
Automate the customer support process by collecting useful signs of trouble and integrating them into the product

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer facing role with a technical focus
Strong understanding of the Python data stack (pandas, numpy, pytorch)
Experience with parallel computing (Spark or Dask)
Ability to engage with customers in troubleshooting and iterating on workloads
Comfortable working in an early stage startup environment with high uncertainty and open-minded thinking
