Field Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Engineer to provide technical support and application engineering for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and understand customers' technical requirements and ensure smooth transfer to internal teams
• Lead technical aspects of proposals and troubleshoot system applications as needed
• Prepare documentation for product presentations and conduct training sessions for customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Ability to network with key contacts outside own area of expertise
• Experience determining methods and procedures for new assignments
• Strong understanding of effective network design methodologies
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and assessing live networks
