Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to customers throughout their journey with the product.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical product expertise and help with proofs of concept (POCs)
Assist customers with architecture and design decisions while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams
Demonstrate products and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Sales Engineering experience in AI, ML, search, analytics, or data engineering
5+ years of software development experience in relevant fields
Experience working with IT or Data organizations within large enterprises
Proficiency with REST services and at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Java)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; MS is a plus
