Job Summary
Focused on ensuring technical health across flagship accounts, the full-time remote Field Engineer will manage detection tuning, integration maintenance, and customer engagement while collaborating with sales and support teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical health metrics for assigned flagship accounts, including detection quality and remediation timelines
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, partnering with customer security engineering and platform teams
- Lead investigations during security events and coordinate technical efforts with Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years in cybersecurity or related technical roles within enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with security platforms and investigation workflows
- Ability to operate independently while aligning with account strategies
- Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments preferred
- Strong preference for candidates based in Central or Pacific time zones
