Field Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a client-facing technical consultant, the full-time remote Field Engineer will provide strategic guidance on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, focusing on solution architecture, integration methodologies, and implementation best practices to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on Adobe Experience Platform and integrated Adobe solutions, aligning technical recommendations with client business objectives
• Assess client technical environments, identify gaps, and recommend best-practice solutions while facilitating discussions around complex technical issues
• Engage with clients to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service while establishing credibility and trust

Required Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
• 5+ years of direct client consulting experience with hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, and AEP RTCDP
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proficiency in API integrations, tag management, data modeling, and solution architecture
• Strong problem-solving and consulting skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences
